We recommend plugging your Razer products directly into your PC. The KVM switch is known to cause interference in communication between the device and the PC. If your Razer product functions when plugged directly into a computer, then it functions properly and this problem is most likely caused by the KVM switch

Will my Razer product work on a console via USB ports?

- You can’t use a mouse on Home or within the Xbox user interface while navigating the dashboard.
- You’ll need to use your controller to configure your mouse. Settings do not support mouse interaction.
- A mouse will not work in Edge, which already has an on-screen cursor.
